My skin is not so happy in the wintertime. My combination skin is just fantastic, I have an oily t-zone yet I still get dry spots during the winter, what’s a girl to do?!? Well, I can always give my skin a quick pick me up with Philosophy’s Microdelivery Peel. Many times I do a skin treatment and wonder what the heck it really did but I can FEEL it when I’m done. My skin feels like a million bucks. Somehow it balances out my skin from the oiliness yet gets rid of my dry spots – it’s a close second to actually getting a facial. I highly recommend! And doing this once a week is ideal, it’s has a hefty price tag but let me tell you, it lasts a while and is SO worth it!
I came across Boscia by surfing the web and found some rave reviews about this little known skincare line. So I went to Sephora (my favorite place in the world) and there it was! I bought the normal to oily sample kit and was in love by the first week. The price point of these products are even better because they won’t break the bank. With the philosophy microdelivery peel and my boscia skincare regimen, I’m one happy camper. My face feels clean, the products don’t have any overbearing smell and I am noticing improvement in my skin tone, blemishes and moisture level…just perfectly balances out my crazy skin. I know that the line for dry skin is just as fantastic. This little kit will last you a while and will convince you to buy the individual products when you need more!
I love me some lipgloss and I bought Neutrogena’s LipSoothers while checking out the cosmetic department at the drugstore. I’m not a complete product snob (ok, I usually am) but I decided to give it a whirl for when I just need a little moisture on my lips (and for anyone reading this who uses chapstick – just stop right now!). I am so anti-chapstick, the stuff is terrible for your lips! I love this gloss, it only has a little bit of color – its super sheer so even the darkest color won’t change your lip color too much and it’s not sticky. For everyday, I don’t want so much gloss that my hair sticks to my lips on a windy day. My favorite is Glaze. I now carry this in my kit I love it so much!
